Our team worked with the Bellevue branch of the national Right at School Program by visiting a variety of elementary schools in our district to teach cultural art workshops. During these sessions, we were able to introduce elementary students from grades K-5 on the significance of cultural expression through the unique and creative medium of art. We also hosted seminars teaching the young students on how to make specific crafts. We showcased crafts ranging from a plethora of cultural backgrounds, such as Korean, Chinese, African, Indian culture and more.
